What you are purchasing

NY Elevated sells digital planning guides for personal outings, including date nights, solo experiences and nights with friends. Product descriptions identify the guide and content included. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, the displayed price is a one-time payment for that digital guide, not a subscription. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Digital delivery

No physical product is shipped. Download access is provided electronically after successful payment. Use an email address you can access and check your spam or promotions folder. If you cannot find or open the purchased file, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Personal use

Your purchase allows you to use the guide for your own personal planning, including planning an outing with your partner, friends or family. Do not resell, publicly upload, distribute copies of the guide, or claim its original text or design as your own. Venue names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Independent venues and changing details

NY Elevated provides planning information, not venue bookings or admission. Restaurants, bars and other venues operate independently. Hours, menus, prices, parking arrangements, dress codes, age restrictions, accessibility and availability can change. Confirm current details with each venue before travelling or booking. Suggested schedules and budget tiers are planning guidance, not guaranteed availability or quotes. Lifestyle images illustrate the experience and may not show the actual venue.

Separate costs and bookings

Meals, drinks, transport, parking, event tickets, accommodation and reservations are not included in the guide price. Book and pay directly with the venue or provider; their rules apply to those purchases.

Refunds and support

Read our Refund policy for digital-delivery support and refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and customer reviews

Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Please submit honest reviews based on your own experience. We ask for permission before featuring a submitted review with your first name; we do not publish your email address or order number.
